All orders ship via FedEx Ground. Alternate carriers may be used upon request (please call for setup and note that additional fees may apply).

Returns & Policies:

• Custom printed inserts are non-refundable
• Stands (without graphics) may be returned within policy terms and are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• All orders must be paid in full before printing/shipping
• If you receive a defective or misprinted graphic, we’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no charge
• For damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number to start a claim
