Return, Refund & Reprint Policy

Order Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to printing and shipment. Production will not begin until payment is received.

Custom Printed Products (Non-Refundable)

Because all banners, signs, and printed products are produced specifically for each customer at the time of their order, custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a customer approves a proof by email, the order is considered final. MagnifyPrints.com is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes requested after written email approval. Any reprints required after approval due to customer error will require a new order and full repurchase.

Errors or Defects Caused by MagnifyPrints.com

If a product contains a defect or misprint that is determined to be the result of an error on our part, MagnifyPrints.com will reprint and ship a corrected replacement at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.

Non-Stock Banners & Alternate Finishes

Custom banners, non-stock designs, and banners with grommets or custom finishing are not eligible for return or refund. If a misprint or defect is caused by MagnifyPrints, we will gladly correct and reship the product.

Stands & Display Hardware

Stands and display hardware may be returned only with prior approval and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the product type and quantity. Customers are encouraged to speak with a representative before placing an order to confirm eligibility.

Shipping

All shipping charges listed on the invoice are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
