All content, products, and services provided by Magnify Prints are subject to the terms outlined below.

All orders placed through our website are considered custom orders. Once an order is submitted and payment is received, it is entered into production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

For custom printed products, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs (when provided). Magnify Prints is not responsible for errors in approved artwork, including spelling, layout, sizing, or design issues.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use all submitted artwork, logos, and content. Magnify Prints is not liable for copyright, trademark, or licensing violations related to customer-provided materials.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Once an order has shipped, Magnify Prints is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Magnify Prints reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
