Custom Feather Flags

Setup is quick and easy!

Our feather flag comes in one size: 14 ft tall, with two base options:

• Ground spike – best for grass or dirt.
• Cross base – great for parking lots or sidewalks (Additional weight may be needed in higher winds.)

Turnaround

• Proofs: Sent within 1 business day (or less) for custom design orders.

Production: 3 business days after artwork approval and payment.

• Cutoff time: 2 PM CST for same-day processing.
• Shipping: FedEx or UPS Ground (most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days). Expedited options available—call us to check.

Replacement Flags

• Replacement flags are only compatible with Magnify Prints hardware.
• Our flags are larger than most others and will not fit other suppliers’ poles.
• This is a non-refundable item, so please confirm compatibility before ordering.

Care & Longevity

• Store flags indoors after each event to extend their life.
• Daily outdoor use averages 4-6 months, depending on weather.
• Heat, freezing temps, and winds above 25 mph will reduce lifespan.
• Best for events, storefront promotions, grand openings, or weekend sales.

Single vs. Double-Sided Printing

• Single-sided: Print bleeds through with reversed, faded colors on the back. Budget-friendly.
• Double-sided: Two layers of gray-backed fabric sewn together. Full-color, correct orientation on both sides.
• You can print different designs on each side at no extra charge.

Shipping & Handling

• Standard shipping via FedEx Ground (3–5 business days after production).
• International: FedEx Economy International available.
• Stock designs ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.
• Tracking info is emailed once your order ships (check spam/junk folder if not received).
• Plan for 10 days total (order → production → delivery), especially during peak seasons.

Payment & Returns

• Orders must be paid in full before production begins.
• Feather flags are non-refundable.
• If there is a defect or misprint on our end, Magnify Prints will reprint and ship replacements immediately.
  
• Feather flags cannot be returned or refunded.
• Hardware returns may incur a 25% restocking fee (confirm before ordering).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
